Financial dues are payable at the beginning of each fraternal year (October 1).

To support province operations, the Province Keeper of Exchequer Office has introduced the Dues Modernization Initiative (DMI). This project will implement QuickBooks Online (QBO) invoicing starting September 1, 2025.
